  • Shipping & Delivery

    We offer FREE UK MAINLAND delivery*. (Highlands and Islands may incur a charge)

    In most cases, a product on our website will give you an indication of the current stock availability, but shipping is not uniform for all products. We maintain fantastic relationships with all of our suppliers and we aim to get products to customers within 3 business days of the order being taken. This availability is based on information from our suppliers and from sales and supply patterns. The availability information given is a guide only and not a guarantee as there are external factors that we may not have control over.

    Most orders placed before 12pm on a business day will be shipped from our suppliers on the same day provided the product is in stock. If you need to be certain an item is in stock and available, or if you need a lead time, it's worth calling our sales team on 01646 405 702. Pricing for extended shipping areas like Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and outlining Islands, Outer Hebrides, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and other postcodes not considered as UK mainland by our suppliers can be obtained also by calling our offices.

    N.B. Although the below chart is accurate, it does not apply to all products due to volumetric weights and specific postcode areas. Please call if you have any queries about shipping charges before you place an order on our website.

  • Orders & Returns

    All returns must be arranged through Customer Service, who will issue you with a returns authorisation number. There will be a minimum charge of 20% of purchase value to the customer if:

    • Items are found to have been used, misused or badly packaged on return.
    • Items returned, at your expense, are still your responsibility while they are in transit.

  • Ordering

    Orders can be placed via the checkout after adding products to your cart.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Payment is made via the checkout after you enter your details, you may pay with either PayPal secure checkout express or by credit card transaction (saved - SagePay secure transaction). All prices are subject to VAT at the standard rate.

    Genpower Ltd offer a number of different ways in which you can make a payment. Currently, all credit and debit card transactions are currently fulfilled by PayPal. This doesn't mean you need a PayPal account to make a purchase from one of our stores. PayPal will also take regular card payments through their system. For a breakdown of accepted payments, take a look at the information listed below:

    Ways in which to pay

    PAYPAL

    If you have a PayPal account, then you can log in, and pay directly with your PayPal account with funds linked from your bank account.

    Credit and Debit Cards

    Normal credit and debit card payments are also available through our site, but are again fulfilled by PayPal. If you want to make a regular credit or debit card payment, you can do this by using PayPal but you do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay via this method.

    AMEX (American Express)

    American Express can now also be accepted, but only by using PayPal using the same method as above. All Amex payments are secured by PayPal and transactions using Amex cannot be done over the phone.

    BACS Payments / Bank Transfer

    Sending an internet banking transfer, commonly referred to as a BACS payment is a fast and safe way of transferring payments directly from your bank to ours. To make a payment using bank transfer, Phone our sales team on 01646 405 702 for a copy of our bank account details.

    Using PayPal to make a credit/debit card payment

    Currently, we use PayPal to secure and make payments on our website. PayPal is a secure and trusted system, but often misleading as a lot of customers believe they have to already have a PayPal account set up to make a payment. If you have a PayPal account, then you can of course use this to make an online payment to Genpower Ltd, however if you don't, then there is no need to panic. If you want to make a credit or debit card payment, when in the cart, simply click 'Checkout with PayPal' and you will be brought to PayPal's login off-site for payment.

    Here, you will see a login option, asking you to choose which way to pay. The registered PayPal user account is always the default, but if you look underneath the customer login, there is an option to pay with a debit or credit card. Click that option, and you will be asked to fill in the details of your billing and shipping as with any other payment terminal.

  • Viewing Orders

    You can view previous orders after you log in to your account by going to sales/order/history.

  • Updating Account Information

    Please log in to your account to make alterations to your details, go to customer/account/edit/ to edit these details.
